The International Confederation of Dietetic Associations, an organization of more than 40 dietetic associations from around the globe, recommends that the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) and the International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology (IDNT) are adopted internationally as a framework for the professional practice of dietetics.
