Nutrition Care Process Research Outcomes Committee

The Nutrition Care Process Research Outcomes Committee (NCPRO) is seeking applicants for three action workgroups to implement important work in the following key areas:
  1. Workgroup on Terminology Classification,
  2. Workgroup on utilization of ANDHII (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Health Informatics Infrastructure), and 
  3. Workgroup on the revision of the EHR Toolkit.

These workgroup positions (up to 5 for each workgroup, up to 15 in total) are for a 2-year term appointment each.

Workgroup members will work closely with the Nutrition Care Process Research Outcomes Committee in these three areas.

The primary responsibilities of a workgroup member will be to:

Participate in regular workgroup calls
Develop and carry out an annual work plan for chosen key area
Provide monthly reports to NCPRO

The ideal applicant will:
  • Have prior experience/exposure related to the chosen area (either EHR toolkit, ANDHII, Classification)
  • Have prior experience with project coordination
  • Be self-motivated and eager to take initiative
  • Be detail-oriented, and organized
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:
  • Be a registered dietitian nutritionist or international equivalent
  • Hold a University degree
  • Be able to begin the appointment position on January 2, 2017
